Since my subject is “How do we plan time”, after I learned a bit about people with dementia, I drew a picture book called “看見星星". This book starts from the perspective of the patient. The protagonist fails to understand that his daughter is an adult due to the deterioration of his illness. The daughter is angry because her mother often forgets to take medicine, which makes the protagonist feel wronged and confused. The protagonist fell asleep and had a dream that made her begin to let go of her prejudice against this "stranger", and the daughter later apologized for her temporary temper. From the dream, I saw the patient’s loneliness, depression, and vague conception of time. The book is aimed at the general public, reflecting that although patients have not recovered, the love of their relatives helps to build relationships with patients. Time planning does not have much effect on patients, but people around them can inadvertently leave some feelings about time for them.
